How it’s built. Percentage-point change in the foreign-resident share of population, 2019 to 2025, for all foreign citizenships (ISTAT's own total, not just the 41 nationalities this site tracks) — not the brief's aspirational 5/10-year window (same ISTAT data-vintage boundary as the population-trend layer: no data before 2019). Comuni ISTAT sent no total for, in either year, are left out. Before 2026-10-10 this layer used the tracked-nationality sum.
