Data as of 2026-08-09. Every number on this site and in this API carries provenance: source, reference vintage, and extraction date. Missing data is absent, never imputed and never zero.

- Population and foreign residents by citizenship, ~7,900 Italian comuni (ISTAT)
- BES (Benessere Equo e Sostenibile) territorial well-being, 67 indicators across 11 domains, 107 provinces (ISTAT)
- Residential property purchase and rent price, €/m², comune and province grain, OMI semester 2025H2 (Agenzia delle Entrate)
- Verified tax-regime eligibility by comune — 7% pensioner flat-tax regime and regime impatriati (Expat Living Italy, rule applied to the comune spine; legislation cited per rule). Describes places, not people — not tax advice.
