How it’s built. Average number of rooms per person in the housing stock, per NUTS 2 region, OECD's Regional Statistics database (DSD_REG_SOC@DF_HOUSING, MEASURE=ROOMS, UNIT_MEASURE=RO_PS), 2021 — the newest year before a real coverage drop (not gradual reporting lag). A housing-space signal distinct from every OMI price layer on the Italy map and from Eurostat's cost-based housing-overburden layer here: this is about physical space per resident, not price.
