How it’s built. Total resident population per NUTS 3 region (province-equivalent), Eurostat's own demo_r_pjanaggr3 dataset, 2023 — the newest year whose only gap is the UK (absent since 2020; its last real value predates this file's vintage), not a further reporting-lag gap on top of that.
